Welcome to the Yoga Focus Podcast!

This podcast is about sharing information for yoga students & teachers to dive deeper into the layers of yoga. The Yoga Focus Method is my personal style of teaching with distinctive themes, visual aides (called a Yoga Board), and components that go beyond posture practice. These themes tend to have a therapeutic focus as my formal education is in Psychology, Occupational Therapy & Massage Therapy.

The information in this Podcast is the compliment to my weekly live classes, my youtube videos and online courses. This format lets me expand on the topics being discussed in the studio with greater detail.
