Meno Rage - Mushti Mudra

Touch the tip of your thumb to the base of your ring finger. Close your fingers around your thumb to form a fist. Rest the hands against the lower belly. Hold for 5-45 minutes.Helps to release pent-up emotions like suppressed anger, frustration, and irritation and is perfect for meno-rage.

InsomniaShakti Mudra

This mudra will connect you with the divine feminine and induce a sound sleep.Join the tips of the ring and the baby fingers.
Fold the thumbs into the palms of your hands and cover them with your index and middle fingers.Hold for 5 to 45 minutes
