Sometimes in life, it feels like everything falls apart. And while it is important not to just brush it off, or to wallow in it, it is important to acknowledge what you're having to deal with. Having friends to talk to, a counsellor or therapist, a contemplative practice, exercise, and resources like books, is incredibly helpful and being able to work through it all. That is why I'm sharing my top 10 'go-to' books with you!

This week's session is a little different. I'll be sharing with you the books I have turned to time and time again when I need to reflect, those I've used to increase my knowledge about myself so that I can help others, and those I've used to help wind down and escape.  I'll include a short pranayama practice before and after the session. 🤘
