Stress and anxiety can sometimes have a physical manifestation. For me it is a right right shoulder, and knots in my upper back and neck.

In today's episode I take you through a moving relaxation/ meditation practice. The session is about 20 mins long, but you can use elements of it to eas tension throughout your day.

The key is, do the movement in time with the breath and then finish with a meditation where you notice the sounds around you and the sensations in your body, before bringing your awareness back into the space you are in.

This is certainly no quick fix, but it definitely helps to relief the tension in body and mind.
