Mental Health in the Punk Scene

792 million people, worldwide, have a mental health disorder*.⁣

And we know, from recent news reports, that there has been a rise in people being affected by mental health issues due to the impact of COVID-19 and forced isolation.⁣

To keep homeostasis, we need to be able to self-regulate and co-regulate, which is why community and connection with others is so important to our mental health.⁣

I created the Mental Health in the Punk Scene survey.⁣

It is an anonymous survey and in return for completing it, I will share a report of the results.⁣
