Times change. And so do people.

Today's episode is all about change. In particular, the changes happening around the work I've been doing under the Yoga Punx Unite banner for the past 12 months and before that as Bad Juju Yoga.

I share an overview of my spiritual adventure for the past 20 years, my beliefs, goals, and the reason for separating what I do from the Punx Unite Podcast.

For the past six years, my focus has been to help others navigating the world through the lens of having an anxiety disorder.

I rarely talk about what I do as being called a 'business,' but it is. And during this time, I've changed the name twice. The second time being very recent to my name.

Even though its name has changed, my purpose never has.

To help socially aware nonconformists learn to live with anxiety and overcome negative self-talk.

The Podcast will continue as the Punx Unite Podcast, and the next season I will be joined by a new cohost, Jake of the UK Punk band Sunliner.

We will be looking at topics that surround mental health and the music scene. I'll continue to focus my expertise around how contemplative practices and movement can help with anxiety and negative self-talk, and Jake's expertise on mental health and touring musicians.

We interview people in the music industry, medical professionals, and health practitioners.
