  2. Set an intention and review it daily

  3. Take new yoga classes

  4. Take new non yoga classes

  5. Set a 10 minute timer to move intuitively

  6. Take singing lessons

  7. Do vocal warm ups on YouTube

  8. Take speaking lessons or read a book on public speaking

  9. Watch inspiring talks from teachers on any subject (such as TED talks)

  10. Focus on a core competency to develop (anatomy, philosophy, etc)

  11. Buy three books on that subject and set a deadline to have read them or turned them into topics for classes you teach

  12. Try a sequencing app like Tummee
