As teachers it can be overwhelming to know what to focus on. There are so many amazing aspects to yoga from the anatomy to philosophy to cueing that it can be easy to want to include it ALL in every class. Unfortunately, if you try to say everything in a class, you end up saying nothing. And if you never know what to focus on when teaching your classes and your own energy will become scattered, unfocused and you'll eventually get burned out and discouraged from teaching. You might even just decide to quit teaching all together.

So what do you focus on instead? It's simpler and more obvious than you might think, but I've been to plenty of classes where the teacher forgets to do this, and you may have too. It's an easy mistake to make, but it's also a simple mistake to avoid. I'll share how in today's episode!
