In this week's episode, John Thayer sits down with South Dakota socccer coach Michael Thomas, football player Jake Matthew and Coordinator of Spirit Teams and Programming Brooke Poppe.

MICHAEL THOMAS - We talk about this year's team and the current three game win streak. He came from California for the USD job but has roots nearby. We also learn why soccer is so important to his life and why he decided to be a coach.

JAKE MATTHEW - The Coyote defense played very well at Northern Colorado. Jake talks about getting a win and how important it was for the locker room to get a win. Jake hasn't played much on the defense until this year, why did he stick with it and keep clawing for his opportunity? Also, does he miss an old high school tradition?

BROOKE POPPE - The Coyote Spirit Teams are always at events and supporting Coyote Athletics. Do you have to be a cheerleader to be Charlie? What's the selection process for spirit teams? The spirit teams spend time watching film, strength and conditioning and a lot of time at events, but there are no scholarships currently available to the program
