I met Kim a couple of months ago via Zoom and I could tell instantly there was something special about her energy.  She shared a little bit about her background and how she got into the insurance industry (Did I mention that she's also the owner of Village Insurance, an independent agency in the Cincinnati, OH area?!). 

And then she started talking about her passion to empower female insurance consumers and create a community for other women in the industry...she had me at "hello."
