I was beyond excited to sit down with the one and only Whitnee Dillard.  She is the Director, Diversity & Inclusion for IIABA.  I had been hearing her name in conversations as someone I "needed to know" for so long that I felt like we were already friends by the time we were finally able to connect. 

Try as she might to avoid the insurance industry, Whitnee's journey led her to the agency association world.  Lucky for us, she brings a wealth of experience and passion for Diversity & Inclusion to her role at IIABA.  She and her team work diligently to provide resources that help agencies find a starting point with D&I conversation in their organizations and make it a sustainable business objective.

I enjoyed diving into this topic with Whitnee and feel like I learned so much in such a short time.  There's a lot to take in with this conversation and I have a feeling we only scratched the surface.   I know that as you listen, you will find that Whitnee inspires you to Liv Louder.
