Ashley Davis Gavila does "trauma-informed life coaching & spiritual care” with clients who have often suffered religious or spiritual abuse. She is not a therapist, and her work is therefore distinct from therapy, but both her dissertation research and client work give her an interesting perspective on this issue that I am, as you now all know, so interested in. So how about some trauma-informed podcast content, just in time for awkward holiday family conversations?
