I'm really struggling with Valentine's Day this year. In this episode, I share why my current relationship with myself is making me feel conflicted about my lack of relationships with others. I discuss why it's valid to both be wildly in love with yourself but also really frustrated with the universe that you're single. I've always been the one to show up on Valentine's Day with a boat load of positivity for you babes, but I don't have any this year and that's also valid.
