We hear a lot about meditation or mindfulness lately, many assume the two are interchangeable. Today’s guest, Dr. Jeff Tarrant, will help us learn what the difference actually is.

Dr. Tarrant is a is a licensed psychologist in Oregon, Colorado and Missouri. He is board certified in neurofeedback and a Global Neurotherapy Initiative (GNI) Instructor. He is the author of the book, Meditation Interventions to Rewire the Brain and is actively engaged in several research projects examining the way the brain responds to different interventions as well as exploring the minds of persons with extraordinary abilities.  This research continues to lead to further understandings about the mind/body connection.
