The feeling of overwhelm can be crippling. Even when we want to take better care of ourselves, self-care can become that item on the to-do list that we never get to. On today's episode, we talk about

  • the stories we tell ourselves about who we are
  • identity evolution and agency
  • self-care as a gradual process
