In this guided coherence meditation, Alex helps us to feel more loving, whole,  and deeply connected with ourselves, others, the planet and the universal mind. This guided meditation enables us to transition from isolation, stress and fear to more elevated and regenerative emotions such as love, appreciation, acceptance, care and compassion. When we feel whole, we want to give more, do more and be better. When we feel integrated, we tend to perform at our best and we feel more at ease throughout the day. This coherent meditation will improve brain and heart coherence. It will help to lower stress, develop our relationships, feel supported, increase our energy and be more loving in our day-to-day activities. Enjoy the meditation!  


Here are the steps:  Step 1: Induction - Place your attention on your breath and the different parts of the body, so you can turn on the parasympathetic nervous system, open your subconscious mind and become fully present.  Step 2: Place your attention on the coherent emotions you feel for yourself and for others. Step 3: Place your attention on the connection you have with yourself, others, the planet and the greater intelligence.  Step 4: Give thanks for the loving new energy you have created. Transition back into your waking reality, taking your new energy with you throughout the day.
