Cats - Blog Reading With Added Christmas Joy - a podcast by ADV

Hey peeps, happy Christmas! Today we'll be talking about the film Cats. Obviously I just slag it off for five minutes or so because what the fuck else are you going to do with it? Like it? I don't think so! I've become a little obsessed with watching making of clips for this movie because it's funny to see the cast and crew talking about it as though they think it's good. It's also funny to watch Judi Dench use her hands to wash her face like a drama student at a particularly shit college. So I found an interview with the director in which he chats about the themes of the movie. I figured it'd be interesting to look at that and find out what the hell he thinks he's made and so I read that out and take the piss out of that here too. And because it's Christmas I also open a present. That's right. It's all about me. I thought the present might be somewhat related to this movie. It wasn't. But I included it anyway because it's Christmas and this gift was the one thing in the world that I refuse to be cynical about. So enjoy and merry Christmas!
