For me, I get bitchy and cranky.  That doesn't paint a nice picture of me but it's true.  Like when I don't get enough sleep, I am at high risk of bitchy city.Some clients have shared with me that when they feel stressed, they eat.  Then it becomes a nasty cycle because they eat because they're unhappy and then they're unhappy because they overeat - ugh!
