How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to AffirmationPod.com/login, login and tap Cancel, then to confirm tap Cancel My Subscription.  If you cancel your subscription, you still get premium access until your subscription is up.  After that, you can still listen to the Affirmation Pod podcast on the app for free.

 

My credit card statement says "LIBERATED SYNDICATION."  Is that you?

Yes, that's the service we use for hosting and processing payment.

 

How do I update my payment method?

Go to AffirmationPod.com/login, login and tap Billing.  You can choose Credit Card or PayPal as method of payment.

 

How do I change my subscription?

Go to AffirmationPod.com/login, login and tap Change.  Then select the subscription you'd like to change to.  Note: the new subscription will start once the billing cycle for your current one ends.

 

How do I change my password?

Go to AffirmationPod.com/login, login and go to the Menu.  Tap on Change Password and then enter your current password and new password

 

Help!  I can't remember my password!

We hate it when that happens!  Go to AffirmationPod.com/login,and tap on I can't remember my password!

 

Can I use PayPal instead of credit card?

Yes!  Just select PayPal when you sign up.
