We also discuss Laurent’s battle with addiction and how he overcame this in large part to the sport of triathlon.

Laurent had a solid year in 2019 posting a 4:34 at Chatanooga 70.3 and qualifying for 70.3 Worlds as well as qualifying for the Boston Marathon at the Charlotte Marathon. Enjoy the listen!
