Episode 60 - Elliot's Ironman AZ DNF, Dealing with Setbacks - a podcast by Age Grouper For Life Triathlon Podcast

In this episode, Elliot recaps his first Ironman DNF (in 15 finishes). He unfortunately got a bad illness a few days leading up to the race. Although he wasn't feeling 100% on race day he still gave it a try, set a personal best swim time, survived the bike, and had to pull the plug a couple miles into the run.

While this race was extremely frustrating, Elliot has dealt with setbacks in the past and will come back strong in 2022. It was a very successful year for him and looks forward to racing Colin at the St. George and Hawaii World Championship next season.
