36: How and why you should do less - a podcast by Melissa Moffet
from 2019-09-16T22:55:37
I’ve been doing less over the past few years, but somehow I’ve been achieving more, feeling more, and experiencing more. How is that possible? That’s what today’s episode is about.
I talk about my story of doing less: how a breaking point and being sick for six weeks made me realize I needed to step back, how my physical and mental health has changed since doing less, and how I do less in my life now.
I discuss the ways to do less: listening to your body, going with the flow, and listening to and trusting in the cycles of life. I also talk about the importance of receiving support.
Doing less has led to some magical changes in my life, I know it will do the same for you.
This episode was inspired by Do Less, by Kate Northrup, which I have been reading through this past week. Be sure to check it out if you’re ready to do less!
