If you've been in my life for awhile, you may remember when I co-led a retreat in Colombia last year and it changed my life. If you haven't well let me tell you about the trip...

This was my first experience of leading a trip ever. I had all of the feelings before the trip.. crippling self-doubt mixed with fulfilling excitement. I had no idea what was coming from this experience. The experience in Colombia forever shifted my trajectory. This was the place that I started fully knowing that I am made to be a teacher. This is the place that made me realize that the teaching is not about me, and when I shift my focus to others, anything is possible. This is the place that planted the knowing that I needed to create WORTHY. This was the place that filled me with a stronger urge to be a guardian of the environment.

It was the trip, the community, the hiking, the practices, the digital detox and absorption of the magnificent energy of Mother Nature that deeply shifted me. And I saw that shift in each one of the beautiful people who came on the trip.
