Today finds me in Cardiff, the Capital of Wales (in the West of Great Britain). And I'm thinking about how to look for business opportunity.

 Automotive manufacturing is incredibly robot and technology driven. Real estate/property is almost 19th century.

Does this represent a business opportunity?This is great practice for how to look at a sector and evaluate where there might be growth opportunities.

Either for buying and rolling up businesses or for starting one.
