For todays episode of attracting yoga I will be doing a Yin Yoga sequence. This practice consists of Slow movements and stretches held for long periods of time. Stretches for a Yin Yoga practice are typically held for between 3-5 minutes, but today we will start out slow. Holding poses for around 1-2 minutes or less. I hope you enjoy this practice today!
