Thomas is new to our team and we had so much fun with him recording this podcast. I have such a fabulous group of young, vibrant employees and I love whenever the Beauty Byters get to know them. As someone that works with influencers on a regular basis, this generation is so fascinating and it is always refreshing to get different takes on what some of the trends are amongst the "selfie generation".
