It’s pretty crazy how far technology has come and how much of our time is spent interacting with others through devices instead of in real life (IRL). With all the things made possible through technology, the need for human interaction has fallen, but the desire for it has only gotten stronger. People crave connections. There’s this inherent need in all of us to feel like we’re a part of a community, to find similarities between us and those we look up to, and to seek what’s living and breathing behind every business.
 
Not only that, there’s some stiff competition out there, and you’re going to find it nearly impossible to differentiate on your product or service alone. People make decisions based on emotions, not logic, and on feelings, not features. In other words, they’re more likely to make their purchase decision based off of your brand, not what your business is selling. With that, the need for building a brand behind (or actually, in front of) your business is critical.
