I never expected podcasting to teach me so many valuable life skills but what if you tried something new and it changed the way you interacted with the world? This week I’m sharing how podcasting has helped me grow into a more empathetic leader. Podcasting has become one of my greatest adventures, the relationships I’ve built through podcasting have challenged me to grow as a human, I’ve learned there is power behind each person’s unique story and how important listening skills are. It’s taught me the power in word choice and how shared experiences connect us. But more than anything, it’s continued to help me grow into the best version of myself and I hope today’s conversation inspires you to try that thing that maybe feels a little bit scary because at the end of the day you never know how that very thing may change your life for the better!
