Part II of this series recaps some key points from Part I, discusses the intricate relationship between internalized racism and trauma, a brief overview of statistical data, access (of lack thereof) to services, common diagnoses and symptoms, some possible solutions and the true meaning of Allyship. Lastly, we continue to discuss some of the sociocultural concepts that are not fully understood  and/or still upheld today that continue to perpetuate racism on  historical, cultural and institutional levels.
