Self-Care is not Selfish

with Lisa Larter

Wow, time is flying by, it’s been fun!  I’m really loving the feedback from the earlier episodes.  It’s helping me shape this podcast to what you want and need, to what you like and don’t like.  So, please keep connecting with me, share your thoughts, ideas, struggles and accomplishments. I respond to everyone, so keep it coming.  Over the last couple of weeks we’ve been working on shedding the old and embracing the new.  In episode 2 we talked about letting go, last week we got organized and cut the physical clutter.

This week I’ve got Lisa Larter as my guest and we are going to be discussing how self-care is so important, and you have the power to choose your attitude and it’s time to cut out what is toxic in your life.

In this episode we talk about

* The amazing benefits walking has to offer and how to get started

* You choose your attitude

* Understand what drives you and what drains you

* ‘Me’ time is so important

* Pay attention to how experiences, food and situations make you feel

* Get clear on what you don’t want, to understand what you do want

* How to put it all into action with this weeks ‘Keep it Real Action Steps’
