Happy World Health Day! Yes, today is world health day and this year’s theme is food safety.

It is estimated that two million deaths occur every year from contaminated food or drinking water. I have a link below to the World Health Organization where you can learn more about World Health Day and events they’ve got happening.

April is Cancer Awareness Month. Cancer is something that almost all of us have some connection with or we know at least one person who has been touched by cancer. This is a huge a topic, I’m not going to go into the different types of cancers and all of the different treatments available. I’m going to share some facts but I want to give you some tips on prevention and mindset.
