Grieve and Celebrate Life

with Lisa Montoya

I’ve got something pretty cool to share with you. I love listening to podcasts, you are obviously a lover of podcasts. But I also love to read books, but don’t always have the time to sit down and read, that’s where audio books come into play. I’ve been listening to books a lot lately, I can listen while I’m cooking, driving, working out. It’s so awesome. I’ve been able to strike a deal with Audible for all my listeners to get a free audio book and try them out. All you have to do to get your free book, is to go to audibletrial.com/cutthecrap.

I’ve also been getting fantastic feedback from people who have taken my free 7 day mini course to better digestion. In this course I share simple easy action steps that you can implement to help improve your digestion. These are steps I give every client that works with me. And you can get them for free.

Thank you sincerely for all the reviews that are coming in. Here is one from JennDuff “I find this podcast very informative & refreshing. I always look forward to listening to the next one. Tanya Fraser is smart, funny and honest”

Thank you so very much JennDuff for listening and taking the time to review the show.  I truly appreciate it. If you’d like me to read your review all you’ve got to do is subscribe, rate and review the show on iTunes. If you’re not sure how to do that, here I give you step by step instructions.

We are in the last week of April and Cancer awareness month. So I wanted to touch on the topic of grief, how to cope with it, to understand there is no right way to grieve, that grieving is very personal and that we should never judge anyone that is going through this process. The truth is are all going through grief of some sort at different times of our lives. I have Lisa Montoya joining me today she is a grief counsellor and expert and is going to share her wisdom with us on this topic.

In this episode we talk about

* Myths about grief

* Understand there is no ‘right way’ to grieve

* How to cope with grief when someone close to us is dying

* Hope to cope with our own illness

* Why it’s so important to pay attention to self-care

* What to do with unresolved grief

* How to put it all into action with this weeks ‘Keep it Real Action Steps’
