Hello and welcome. Ok, the big day is almost here. I’m talking about my triathlon. I’ve been training for months for this race and the race is finally here. If you are listening to this today on July 14 2015 my race is this Sunday July 19th. And I’m a little nervous, as we’d say in Ireland “I’m as nervous as a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs”.  But I’m excited too.
