Ok, so this title is a little misleading.  We are actually going to talk about 5 reasons why I choose to eat the plant-based diet!  Eating healthy is NOT easy, and often comes with a lot of ridicule from friends and family.  Plus, there are temptations all around!  Identifying your big why is essential for sticking to your guns when times get hard.
