It's all over the media. The American Heart Association says Coconut Oil is BAD for us!

 

Is it true? Is coconut oil bad for us now?

 

Keep in mind that this is the same American Heart Association that used to say Cholesterol is bad for us...

 

I have 3 things to say here:

 

#1- We can find scientific studies claiming that ANY food can cause harm to our body. To take decisions based on these studies is not enough anymore. Otherwise you would go crazy!!!
