On this solo episode, I share how I meal plan for the month.  I teach this method with my clients and help them to build a balanced, nourishing and satisfying plate. The method gives them options to pick the foods they enjoy and pick from my suggest meal and snack ideas. I call this a flexible meal plan because when life gets busy, the plan provides an idea of what to put on your plate, as you can swap out certain days.
