I want to talk about the #1 thing you need to do TODAY to start a lifelong healthy habit.  


I am not going to tell you; "you need cut out sugar " or "stop eating your favorite foods" or "only eat during a 4-hour period for the day". 


These things are restrictive and only lead you to feeling out of control around food.  


 Two of my most recent popular reels are very relatable: 



  1. "I can't stop thinking about the Halloween candy"

  2. "I start the day drinking a green smoothie for breakfast, salad for lunch, and then I am starving and scarfing a pizza"


These reels are funny, but so true because they do not involve balanced eating.
