Whackhead's prank victim is understandably upset following a call with an auto centre. 

Just as the call ended, he overheard the mechanic he was talking to say, "Hierdie ou is 'n onnosel!"

This is where Darren "Whackhead" Simpson comes in...

Posing as someone from the car shop, Whackhead calls the upset client to find out if he is satisfied with their service.

When he learns about the insulting incident, Whackhead sides with the mechanic.

"You must understand that we deal with a lot of stupid people"

This uncouth response sets the poor victim off on a tirade where he throws in that he is not stupid because he holds a Masters Degree.

Whackhead makes the already bad situation even worse by pushing the poor guy to the point that he lets off a hair-raising roar.
