During this interview, we dive deep into what to expect from a baby's microbiome from birth and through the first 1,000 days of life. We review how a baby's microbiome differs from adults' and what we can do to optimize a child’s microbiome to help with lifelong optimal health!

If interested in testing any of your family members, from pregnancy, newborn, and even adults, Tiny Health offers $20 off each kit using code ELANA20. You never know what you will find until you test!

Topics Discussed:

  • How the first 1,000 days of a child’s life are so crucial in creating a balanced microbiome
