I’m delighted to share this podcast episode with you. I’m chatting with Todd McCullough, the founder of TMAC FITNESS, a home fitness program that helps people get their mind and body in shape. As you’ll hear in the podcast, Todd’s fitness program is centered around 20-minute workouts followed by a brief meditation. These 3-20s, as Todd calls his unique fitness sessions, help students get their body and mind in the right place to face the day ahead.

In this episode, Todd and I discuss:

  • How to build and incorporate a sustainable exercise routine into your current lifestyle.

  • The role spirituality plays in one’s overall wellness and how fueling your day with positivity allows you to move forward in a positive way.

  • The importance of having the courage to lean into your passions.

  • TMAC Fitness’ 3-20 concept and how it is perfect for people who have a hard time creating space for themselves.

  • Tips for busy people – parents and entrepreneurs alike – for fitting a fitness practice into their lives.

I love bringing people onto the podcast who are doing cool things in the wellness space, and Todd is one of those people. His passion for connecting one’s mind and body through fitness and meditation comes through in our conversation.
