I really enjoy inviting company founders to the podcast because there is so much to learn from their experience building their dream businesses, and today’s guest is no exception. I am speaking with Michael Yewdell, who is the Chief Sales Officer of BEAM be amazing, a health and wellness brand focused on having a meaningful impact on people's lives. In addition to focusing on creating superior health and wellness products, BEAM is also dedicated to philanthropic efforts. This philanthropy was born out of Michael’s battle with cancer, driving him to leverage his platform to help others.

In this episode, Michael and I discuss:

  • The impactful role adversity can have in a person’s life, driving them to achieve and dream bigger than they once knew how to

  • The value of time and personal connections with others, and how both of these intangibles are far more meaningful than money

  • The importance of learning to enjoy every moment, not just the big moments

  • How to create a premium but inclusive product

I’m so thankful to have had the opportunity to speak with Michael about his journey towards living a healthy and balanced life.
