Plants are good for you. No matter what diet trend you subscribe to I think it’s safe to say they all agree that vegetables are really good for you. A plant based diet could be just what you need. It’s excellent for your health, great for the environment, and it’s good karma too. Giving up meat & dairy can seem a bit intimidating at first. It doesn’t have to be hard.
