This is the time of year people start reflecting on where they are at and where they would like to be. Running is no different. Casual joggers, weekend warriors, and competitive athletes all need to start some serious goal setting for 2016. Race registrations for next year’s races start opening now and some races are even already sold out.
Casual runners looking to take it up a notch to the first 13.1 mile half marathon race or a seasoned athlete looking to cram in as many big races as possible both will benefit from listening in to this podcast. Race planning and training strategy are a sweet science.  Do not navigate this tricky and complicated task alone. With my tips any runner will be able to confidently set up a great race plan.
