Vince is an experienced trail and ultra runner with years of experience running all distances from 5ks to 100 milers with several first place wins on his resume. Vince is a race director and course designer for Western Reserve Racing, along with his partners putting on many top notch road and trail races in Ohio including the Burning River 100, a Western States qualifier. Vince owns and operates Vertical Runner, a specialty running shop with locations in Hudson & Brecksville Ohio.
Vince shares how he got his start in running, his passion for trails, and how he loves delivering memorable experiences for racers. We discuss what it’s like creating a welcoming environment for new and experienced runners in his stores and how he strives for Vertical Runner to be not just a shoe store but a resource to the running community, providing useful information and developing lasting relationships.
