For so many of us when you think of Yoga we think of bendy postures, handstands, and stretching. We think of the physical or asanas practiced to become more flexible and relaxed. 

However the postures are only 1 of 8 limbs of the ashtanga yoga method that ultimately leads to liberation. 

Makenzie and I discuss all the ways in which the ancient ways can be so applicable to our modern times, and probably more necessary now than ever before.
