Self care though is actually the process of meeting your emotional, physical and energetic needs and Jessica Dabrowski is an expert at helping women do this!

Jessica Dabrowski is a self love coach and healer. She left the world of academia and into coaching after going through a personal spiritual awakening herself, and realizing that she wanted to support others as they did the same. She focuses on using holistic healing methods to guide others through their own journeys of self discovery and love.
