Lindsay Grinevitch is a real mom sports mom who is walking the walk.


Today we get to hear Lindsay's #1 advice for new sports moms (hint, hint,  we loooove her advice here at Eat This for Performance) and she shares with us how and when to look at functional training in youth sports from an expert perspective.


Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Physical Education and Recreation from the University of Alberta and is an active member of the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology as a certified personal trainer (CPT) with 8 years experience in the field of exercise science. She currently offers personal/group fitness training through the Bonnyville Centennial Centre as a contract fitness trainer, as well as mobile training services. 


Of note to her local hockey community, Lindsay will be offering youth hockey off ice strength and conditioning training for 11/12 & 13/14  year old athletes this spring/summer.
