It is a great honor to be with you today, wherever you are on this earth. North, south, east, west, and center, remember we are one giant tree with one firm human root anchored deep in the ground with different branches with different colors, cultures, languages, and believes systems.


We respect each other and help each other.


Today we do acceptance meditation


acceptance teaches us a nonjudgmental attitude toward our experiences—


What does that mean? Meaning learning not to label our thoughts, feelings, or experiences as good or bad and trying not to change or resist them in any way.


To acceptance, you need to be in the present moment and be clear about what you are accepting. This way, your acceptance is effective as an opportunity to change course and improve yourself.


It will help if you home at the present moment. Here at home, you see Truth and real life in action.


You can achieve this by practicing mindfulness meditation. And by giving yourself unconditional positive regard and love while also offering it to others.


To be clear, accepting yourself doesn’t imply weakness or mean giving up and staying in the same place.


Practicing acceptance means respecting the process and your current place and acknowledging that everything is temporary.
