Meditation, which is the practice of focused concentration, bringing yourself back to the moment over and over again, actually addresses stress, whether positive or negative." Meditation can also reduce anxiety, chronic pain, depression, heart disease, and high blood pressure. In today's episode, we hold hands around the world and meditate. We feel each other hands. We feel we are not alone. We are strong. We love each other; we not for war, dishonesty, and fear-mongering.
