Welcome, back my friends. I am so happy to be with you today and doing this meditation together. Today's meditation title is Let it go.


Letting go is the essence of mindfulness meditation. Thoughts, emotions, ideas, opinions, beliefs, emotions, sensations are all to be observed, explored, and then let go. This can be a difficult part of mindful living.


The only way you can let go is by not engaging with anything that is going on in your mind, which means anything that you feel and anything you think about what you feel. So you allow it all to pass by without getting involved at all simply.


This guided meditation helps you let go of things, people, and circumstances causing anxiety and unhappiness in your life. You can let go of trying to anticipate the future, control the present, and reason with the past through powerful visualization.


I know my friend, Letting Go In Meditation Isn’t As Easy As It Sounds, but we can do it with meditation practice.
